Team Rules during the school year
No coach is able to be at practice until at least 3:45pm. Captains and group leaders are in charge.
Bring the appropriate clothing items to school every day. - We will be outside in all weather with the exception: lightning, tornadic conditions, weather above 160 mark of combined humidity and core temperature, and weather below 32 degrees wind chill factor. In those conditions we will practice inside.
- Get your books ready to take home between 6th and 7th periods.
- After the bell rings- go directly to the locker room.
- Dress in south basketball locker room. Lock your belongings up with a lock. Many people go through this locker room. Don't be that guy the first week who lost his wallet etc.
- Leave the attitude at the door, be positive, and ready to run to near death.
- For PE credit you must fill out runing2win.com everyday for the entire season.
